Ballers HQ

Safety

Community standards

Make it easier for people to play football together. Do not use the app to make someone unsafe, unwelcome, or unable to take part.

Effective and last updated: August 22, 2026

Respect people

  • No harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, or encouragement of violence.
  • No hateful or degrading content aimed at protected characteristics.
  • No sexual harassment or unwanted sexual content.
  • Do not publish another person’s private information or use the app to pressure them off-platform.

Be authentic and useful

  • Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive squads, or misrepresent who is attending.
  • No spam, scams, automated account creation, malicious links, or repeated unwanted invitations.
  • Use names, squad names, match notes, and guest details for organising football—not abuse or advertising.
  • Do not manipulate check-ins, attendance, ratings, or reports.

Play safely

Follow venue rules, use reasonable care, and do not arrange illegal or knowingly unsafe activity. Match hosts organise a game; they are not emergency services, security, or medical staff. Contact local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.

Report and block

Report a player from their player card or report a squad from the Squad tab. Include the clearest useful details you can. Blocking stops direct squad invitations and hides the people involved from discovery and roster identity where possible. Do not submit false or retaliatory reports.

Enforcement

Reports are reviewed with their category, details, reported-name snapshot, relevant product records, and prior enforcement. Depending on severity and context, Ballers HQmay refuse content, warn or restrict a participant, suspend an account, or suspend a squad. Serious or repeated conduct may lead to permanent removal. Safety and legal obligations can require retaining a limited audit record after other identity information is deleted.

If you believe enforcement was mistaken, use the contact method on the Support page and include enough information to identify the account or squad.
