The app itself

Ballers HQ — its software, design, artwork and written content — is owned by its creator and protected by copyright. You may use the app to organise and play football. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or reverse engineer it, or present it as your own.

What you write stays yours

Squad names, match notes, guest names, nicknames, ratings and reports are yours. Using the app does not transfer ownership of them.

To run the service we need permission to store what you write and show it to the people it was meant for — your squad, the players in a match, and anyone opening a match link you chose to share. That permission is limited to operating Ballers HQ and lasts while the content is in the app. We do not sell it, license it to anyone else, or use it to advertise.

Delete your account and the content tied to your identity goes with it. A limited, anonymised match record can remain where other people’s history depends on it — the Privacy policy sets out exactly what survives and why.

Do not post what is not yours

Only put content in Ballers HQ that you have the right to use. That includes team names, crests, logos and images. Content that infringes somebody else’s rights can be removed, and repeat infringement can end an account — the same enforcement described in the Community standards.

Reporting infringement

If you believe something in Ballers HQ infringes your copyright, get in touch through the Support page and include: what the work is, where in the app it appears, enough detail to find it, how to contact you, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised and that what you have told us is accurate.

Reports are handled the same way as any other: reviewed against the content and its context, and acted on where the claim holds. Do not submit false claims.

Independence

Ballers HQ is an independent app made by a student. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Calvin University or any other school. It is not an official service of any university or educational institution.

University names, trademarks and logos belong to their owners. Ballers HQ does not use any of them as its name, branding or artwork.
